About Charym

Charym opened in 2009 with Ballet Yoga Flow as its very first class. Founding teacher Victoria Mazzarelli still teaches that blend of ballet-inspired strength and stretch every Monday, to a community that has stayed with her since day one.

That first class set the tone: Charym has always been a place where disciplines meet. Today that means classic Vinyasa and Katonah yoga alongside ISHTA yoga, barre, pilates, strength training, meditation, and sound healing - each taught by an instructor who has spent years, sometimes decades, in that practice. Repeatedly voted Best Yoga Studio in Connecticut, Charym has grown from a yoga studio into a full wellness home for Litchfield County, without leaving yoga behind.

We gather in the tranquil environments at the Center Studio or at the Wellness Center to build a community of support, whatever brought each of us to the mat, the barre, the meditation cushion, or the massage table. We align ourselves toward serenity and hold space for each other. Join us to find inspiration and experience the beauty that you are.
