Charym Yoga Studio Policies
General Policies:
We encourage students to book online, but drop-ins are always welcome.
Emergencies do happen. On the rare occasion that we have to cancel a class, and whenever possible, the students who are registered for the class will be notified by email. Please understand that the most effective way to communicate with our large clientele is via our website. Class cancellations and substitutions, as soon as they are made, will be reflected on the class schedule displayed on our website.
Payment is due before the start of class. All purchases are final. In the event of a cancellation you will receive a credit on your account.
Class packages will expire one year following the purchase date.
When enrolling in an Inner Circle membership or Move Well trial membership, you can choose your initiation date. We require initiation to begin within 90 days of purchase.
Plan to arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before class or your session. Please allow extra time if you need to make payment for drop-ins.
Please no strong fragrances.
Props are available for all students to use.
Policies for Private Sessions:
Payment is due upon booking to hold your appointment on our schedule. All payments are final. If you need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule your session to your ideal date and time.
Please notify us within 36 hours if you need to reschedule your private session.
Plan to arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your session.
Charym provides yoga mats, bolsters and other yoga props for sessions held in-studio. For offsite sessions, your teacher can supply the yoga mats and bring them to your location.
When requesting private sound healing at your location, please provide your own pillows, blankets, and bolsters for your comfort.
