Julie is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Since 2014, she has taught fitness classes, led Small Group Training sessions, and designed personal training programs for individuals of all ages and abilities.
She enjoys an active lifestyle; yoga, hiking, walks with her dog, strength training, and enjoys physical movement challenges as she sees movement less as exercise and more as play.
Always eager to learn, Julie continues to study movement modalities and the human body in order to be able to apply more knowledge and education in her classes.
